Limited Product Warranty and Service

Hidra d.o.o. warrants to the original purchaser, that the training aid "The Solar Sweetspot" will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for two years from date of purchase. If Hidra d.o.o. receives notice of such defects during the warranty period, Hidra d.o.o. will, at its option, either repair or replace products which prove to be defective. Replacement products may be either new or equivalent in performance to new. If Hidra d.o.o. is unable, within a reasonable time, to repair or replace any product to a condition as warranted, you will be entitled to a refund of the purchase price upon prompt return of the product.

Hidra d.o.o. products may contain remanufactured parts equivalent to new in performance or may have been subject to incidental use.

The Limited Warranty is conditioned upon proper use of Product by purchaser.

This Limited Warranty does not cover: (a) defects or damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect or modification of any part of Product, or cosmetic damage;(b) any surfaces or other externally exposed parts that are scratched or damaged due to normal use;(c) malfunctions resulting from the use of Product in conjunction with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Hidra d.o.o.; or (d) defects or damage from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or adjustment. To the extent allowed by local law, the above warranties are exclusive and no other warranty or condition, whether written or oral, is expressed or implied and Hidra d.o.o. specifically disclaims any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, and fitness for a particular purpose. Some countries/regions, states, or provinces do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation or exclusion might not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you might also have other rights that vary from country/region to country/region, or province to province.

Hidra d.o.o. limited warranty is valid in any country/region or locality where Hidra d.o.o. has marketed this product. Hidra d.o.o. will not alter form, fit, or function of the product to make it operate in a country/region for which it was never intended to function for legal or regulatory reasons. To the extent allowed by local law, the remedies in this warranty statement are your sole and exclusive remedies. Except as indicated above, in no event will Hidra d.o.o. or its suppliers be liable for loss or other damage, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise.
